Partners engage with us on our initiatives, including Sector work, Regional Leadership Teams, Local Leadership Teams, Youth Re-engagement Council, Local STEM Hubs, Regional and Local Economic Development groups, and others.
Through these dynamic partnerships, we mobilize innovative ideas and proven practices, working to align resources and enhance the coordination of services, ensuring meaningful outcomes for everyone.

One of our key initiatives for adults and youth (ages 16-24) in the region is through our partnership with WorkSource Oregon, a collaborative network of workforce development agencies dedicated to equipping job seekers with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
This partnership enables individuals to gain access to a wide array of services, including job readiness workshops, career coaching, scholarships for training programs, and comprehensive support in finding meaningful employment. This partnership embodies the power of collaboration, bringing together organizations like the Oregon Employment Department, Department of Human Services, Veterans Services, and Easter Seals alongside Northwest Oregon Works-funded service providers such as Equus Workforce Services and Community Services Consortium.
Northwest Oregon Works proudly partners with Equus Workforce Solutions to deliver impactful WIOA youth services in Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook Counties. Together, we empower young people, ages 16-24, to overcome barriers and take purposeful steps toward education and employment success.

Community Services Consortium (CSC) was selected by competitive bid for WIOA youth in Lincoln and Benton Counties. CSC is on a mission to be a community leader, providing vital services with collaborative partners to empower the people of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties and the surrounding areas to positively transform lives. Community Services Consortium’s vision is communities where every person has equitable access to resources to build brighter futures.
One-Stop Operator
Effective July 1, 2025, Northwest Oregon Works entered into an agreement with the EQUUS as the One-Stop Operator for NOW. EQUUS will oversee One-Stop-Operator Services throughout the Northwest Oregon Works Workforce Region in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and play a crucial role in facilitating partnerships, developing and implementing operational policies, and coordinating aligned services between one-stop partners.
